ABOUT ATITLÁN EDUCATION PROJECT
The Atitlán Education Project is a US-based non-profit organization that is registered through Congressional District Programs. The Project was founded by Joshua Wilson, who also serves as director of the project’s first initiative, Escuela Caracol. Escuela Caracol is located on Lake Atitlán in the pueblo of San Marcos La Laguna.
*** The Atitlan Education Project is a project of Congressional District Programs, Inc. -- a registered 501c(3) public charity. All money raised by the Atitlan Education Project is sent to Congressional District Programs and become the sole property of CDP which, for internal operating purposes, allocates the funds to the project. The Program Manager, Joshua Wilson, requests disbursements which are reviewed by CDP.***
